We are currently looking for a Chief Power Engineer (3rd Class Engineer) to be a part of our maintenance team. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for the preventative, predictive and troubleshooting of a steam boiler and production equipment. This position is responsible for communicating with vendors, the provincial governing bodies and mentoring our team of Third and Fourth Class Engineers. Knowledge and experience with electrical and mechanical work is preferred.Hours: The chief engineer will typically report 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Occasional afternoon or midnight shift will be required to meet business needs (vacation coverage, etc).All successful applicants must be able to provide a satisfactory criminal background check, pre-employment medical and a Clear Drug Test.Responsibilities / What You Need To Succeed:
