Job Description

Our team in Winnipeg currently has an opening for a Customer Service RepresentativeYOUR ROLEamp; RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with health, safety, quality and environmental management systems as well as corporate and local policies.
  • Accurately manage the order inputting process via direct online order entry
  • Identify additional customer needs and potential opportunities through effective information gathering techniques and communicate these findings to appropriate internal parties
  • Participate in up-sell activities and the promotion of other specialized services as identified by the business (i.e. maximizing minimum order requirements, identifying sales gaps)
  • Initial the customer complaint process
  • Enter and maintain Customer Prices
  • Issue invoice corrections and credit/debits
  • Uploading invoices in customer portals
  • Understand the resources within the business to be an effective problem solver
  • Maintains a broad knowledge of product availability (i.e. packaging, lead times, where stocked
  • Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR PROFILE
  • An EIT who would be looking to gain project and engineering experience would be ideal.
  • Customer service skills
  • SAP knowledge
  • Proficient to excellent skills in Excel
  • Process Optimization
  • Project Management
  • Understanding of Chemical Distribution
