Job Description

Summary:Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation and preservation of significant enterprise Supply Chain (SC) reports and tools. Closely working with cross-organizational teams, the SC Developer plays an important role in all stages of the report development including requirements analysis, execution, testing, rollout, support and evolution.Location: Corporate office, 25 De Baets St., Winnipeg (hybrid position)Responsibilities:

  • Partner with all cross-functional teams to draw out processes and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics team in the development of the ETL process for efficient and robust data models that can be leveraged to develop engaging and effective analysis.
  • Create refined and intuitive business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards) which provide insights and direction to field representatives, management, and executives.
  • Assist in roll-out strategy and presentation of project deliverables, including planning, requirement gathering, testing and implementation.
  • Facilitate UAT and QA testing to ensure data integrity.
  • Seek ongoing efficiencies to enhance department performance and productivity.
  • Support all correspondents and consumers in data utilization, training and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Associate #39;s/Bachelor #39;s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years in reporting and analysis background, preferably in a retail, distribution center, or merchandise planning environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with KPIs, report development and analysis.
  • MS Excel power user required. Macros, VBA, Power Pivot/ Power Query.
  • Experience in Access, Python, SQL, DAX, Power BI, SSRS and other reporting tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines such as Gitlab is an asset.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in data mining and analytics.
  • Capable of adapting to new technologies and dynamic requirements.
  • Must be highly organized with strong sense of urgency in executing responsibilities and flexible when business needs require immediate changes to priorities.
