This role may also collaborate with other teams in infrastructure design during new solution implementations. This role will document infrastructure landscapes, assist with escalated incidents, and mentor other employees. Applies developed knowledge of technical skills, company policies and procedures, to complete a variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Works on assignments that are difficult in nature and requires problem solving skills and independent judgement with little supervision.Responsibilities
