About UsAs a Member Service Consultant (MSC) you will have the proven ability to provide exceptional experiences to our Members. The MSC is the primary point of contact for prospective and existing Members visiting our Kiosk at Outlet Collection and Retail Service Center Locations. Providing exemplary customer service, the MSC is responsible for selling new CAA memberships, renewing existing CAA memberships, updating Member information, and providing detailed information on CAA Member Services, Rewards, and Benefits.
