  • Assist with customer service group improvement projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of enhancement
  • Provide support to customer service team with day-to-day activities.
Position Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as a 1st or 2nd year student at an accredited university or college
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
