We are looking for passionate people like you to join us in our mission to “Offer the Best of Nature”!Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesThis position will schedule, monitor and communicate the 4 week rolling daily production plan in line with MPS and SI&OP that secures all materials availability leading to a good customer service level and an efficient production process

  • Participate in ensuring the adherence to the Group supply chain strategy, and to assist in development and compliance with policies, protocols and procedures to meet supply chain targets with indicators, plans and procedures within the company.
  • Assist with the implementation and controls for the administration and overhead service costs effectively within Logistics & warehouse distribution / yard services operations functions.
  • Following company standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, facilitate the shipping of finished goods and/or receiving of raw materials/consumable products, to and from customers, suppliers, vendors, 3PL warehouses, etc. This includes organizing either the shipping or receipt of product documentation (WMS system updates), the preparation for delivery of product to and from the facility with focus on accuracy, efficiency and time management
  • Create and execute a daily production schedule on a rolling 4 week basis that optimizes capacity (OEE), aligns daily supply/ demand needs and avoids disruptions in demand and supply to meet Customer Satisfaction
  • Ensure clear understanding, agreement, and communication of all plans and needs by regularly attending daily plant meetings
  • Provide decision information to support and identify and communicate imbalances with demand and capacity information from a daily 4 week rolling perspective to Head of Supply
  • Coordinate and communicate daily scheduling activities with plant and raw material/ packaging planning to support operational needs
  • Maintain accurate and proper SKU stock levels at all storage locations to meet daily customer orders and in line with SI&OP
  • Prepare daily batch allocation in line with the customer’s order requests, Demand Planner priorities, and Quality policies
  • Confirm the data integrity within all scheduling tools/ systems and meet the daily and weekly process milestones
  • Monitor and analyze KPI metrics (OTIF, inventory accuracy, plan adherence, aged inventory)
  • Assist in addressing problems with order flow or shipping delays (OTIF) and quality control or product securement issues, such as damaged or improperly packaged goods, as well as day-to-day concerns with warehouse capacity and client deadlines.
  • Complete documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, work orders and shipping orders using computer-based technology while complying with all applicable laws, regulations and standards for CTPAT / FAST / ISO / HAACP etc.,
  • Complete daily shipping and receiving logs (electronically where possible), dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups / provide input to appointment scheduling for inbound RM delivery, record shipment data such as weight, charges and damages - and contact carrier representatives as required to make arrangements and to issue shipping instructions for pick up or delivery of materials.
