There are many distractions within an RCMP Detachment and candidates must be versatile and able to manage multiple tasks at once, with the understanding that constant interruptions throughout the day will be unavoidable.Candidates must also have sound organizational skills, be a self-starter, possess a calm demeanor under pressure and have the ability to lead by example.Please note, some positions are located in rural or isolated communities and require a medical clearance. These positions may also be a one-PSE (Public Service Employee) Detachment, meaning that the position is responsible for all administrative and operational support duties for that Detachment.
