To organize and provide instruction in the Early Childhood Education program. 2. To prepare and deliver lessons, assignments and lectures for educational purposes. 3. Supervise and evaluate students through the use of exams, assignments and observations, and to record student progress. 4. Set up and supervise students in practical work experience.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCESpecific AccountabilitiesDutiesRequired Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)1.Recognized relevant four-year degree (Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Child and Youth Studies, Bachelor’s in Child Development). 2. Two years’ recent and relevant experience working in an Early Learning and Childcare Education setting as an Early Childhood Educator/Teacher/ECE Instructor. 3. Effective interpersonal skills. 4. Effective communication skills (both oral and written). 5. Effective instructional ability. 6. Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology. 7.
