Monitor preventive maintenance, maintenance plans and asset condition reports to help assure that building maintenance is up to date. Assist in developing updating and presenting training seminars, instruction manuals and other applicable training aids that reflect current industry requirements and standards.Keep on-going records of training for each community and each maintenance worker. Provide oral presentations to various individuals, groups, organizations as well as maintenance workers.Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout Northern SK, including some air travel.Qualifications:Valid Trade Certificate in a related Building Maintenance TradeThird class power engineer or industrial mechanic is preferred.Minimum of 5 years #39; experience with inspections, repairs, and alterations of Pressure Piping, Pressure Vessels and Boilers. Building Systems, Electrical Controls and Systems, Plumbing is an asset.Grade 12 or GED 12.Proficient with Microsoft Office #39;s suite of programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AccessWilling to travel to First Nations and Remote Communities.Valid Saskatchewan Driver #39;s license.
