Job duties and responsibilities: Greet customers and present menus. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers and advise on menu selections. Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers. Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff. Deliver checks and collect payments. Keep an eye on tables to assist customers and take the initiative to provide them with extra service asrequired. Arrange table settings, clean, and perform daily side duties. Adhere to all relevant health department rulesamp; regulations and all customer service guidelines.Skills and knowledge:Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;knowledge of the restaurant service industry, such as service flow, ordering processes, and payment methods; proficiency inusing modern technology such as computers and POS systems.Job Type: Full-time, permanentSalary: $13.00/hourExperience: Minimum 1 year
