Indigenous EducationTenure Track Position at the Assistant Professor LevelThe First Nations University of Canada invites applications for an Indigenous Education position at the Prince Albert Campus.First Nations University of Canada provides an opportunity for students of all nations to learn in an environment of First Nations cultures and values. Wisdom, respect, humility, sharing, harmony, beauty, strength, and spirituality are the values of the First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv).Duties and Qualifications:The successful candidate will be teaching in the areas of Indigenous pedagogy, culturally responsive pedagogy, and Indigenous language revitalization.The successful candidate will have a PhD and be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. A Professional “A” teaching certificate is required. Teaching experience in K-12 Indigenous settings is important.
