This position works collaboratively with the local Cognitive Disabilities Strategy Committee (referral source). The Saskatchewan Cognitive Disability Strategy provides services to address the unmet needs of people with cognitive disabilities and their families. The catchment area for the position is the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region with consultation to the Kelsey Trail Health Region.Required QualificationsBachelor Degree in Human Service FieldExperienceA MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF RELATED PROGRAM WORK.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH CLIENTS AFFECTED BY A WIDE RANGE OF COGNITIVE DISABILITIES, PSYCHIATRIC, RELATIONAL AND ADJUSTMENT DISORDERS.Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) from every potential SHA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to the SHA.
