The Access Facilitator will schedule regular check-ins with students to determine if extra supports are needed and help students navigate their training and education plans to promote their success both in the program and during their transition into the workforce.Specific DutiesUnder the direction of the Supervisor, and in close consultation with the Program Coordinator, other College staff and community resource people, the incumbent will recommend, provide, and coordinate services to participants which will facilitate those clients’ access to post-secondary training / education / employment.
