Enjoy unique experiences, close connections with communities, and a strong focus on professional development opportunities, as well as the natural wonders of the northern BC while you work.The Opportunity: The Accounts Payable Clerk II is responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure accurate financial records:

  • Process regular invoices, staff travel claims and advances
  • Prepare semi-monthly cheque run and direct deposits
  • File financial information in accordance with department procedures
What You Will Bring to The Role:
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and business administration
  • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Experience with Xyntax accounting software an asset
  • Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and data entry, an asset
