Enjoy unique experiences, close connections with communities, and a strong focus on professional development opportunities, as well as the natural wonders of the northern BC while you work.The Opportunity: The Accreditation Lead is responsible for all aspects of planning, coordinating, and organizing key deliverables identified by CARF Canada, and undertaken by Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS)

  • Demonstrates leadership and promotes excellence in achieving accreditation standards throughout CSFS.
  • Maintains knowledge of new developments, trends or changes in accreditation standards and advises CSFS staff on accreditation standards and policies.
  • Collaborates with managers and staff to promote effectiveness, accountability, and sustainability of CSFS services in a manner that meets accreditation standards and respects the CSFS vision.

  • B.A. related to healthcare or social service supported by relevant experience and a combination of knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for achieving accreditation.
  • Experience in quality Improvement and three years’ progressive management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is preferred.
  • Recent, related experience with an accreditation program or processes is preferred.
