CLERK TYPIST III/ RECEPTIONIST - (Permanent, Full-time)NATURE OF POSITION: The role of the Clerk Typist III, Corporate Services/ Reception is to receive and distribute all incoming calls and direct incoming customers to the appropriate location as well as carry out regular clerk typist duties, assist with initial routine Service Centre enquiries and carry out various functions of Corporate Services. Work is done under the supervision of the General Manager of Legislative Service or delegate. Considerable organizational skills are required to balance corporate support responsibilities with the demands of main reception.
