CSFS is mandated to establish a comprehensive infrastructure for social, health and legal programs, for the eventual take-over of these services, consistent with the Tribal Councils objective of working towards Indian Self-Government. We deliver all services in accordance with our great law of sharing wealth set in our Bah’lats (potlatch) system. In this role, you will get to:

• Develop strong, cooperative relationships with internal and external partners, clients and colleagues to foster training enrollment, attendance and general relationships based on knowledge sharing
• Planning and scheduling of open and special interest group training sessions
• Design event and information posters, social media posts and other printed and online marketing materials

What You Will Bring to The Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Teaching, Health Services or related field preferred
• A diploma, certificate or training in Teaching, Facilitation, Life Coaching, Human Services or related field
• Two years of experience in conducting group facilitations, teaching, training and presentations
• A combination of education and experience will be considered
