Job Description

Automotive Internet Leads RepresentativeNorthland Hyundai is accepting resumes for the full-time position of Automotive Internet Leads!As an iLeads rep you are a highly-trained customer service and sales professional that uses integrated tools (phone, email, text & chat) to facilitate our internet leads and support the sale of both new and pre-owned vehicles to customers the way they want to buy them… hassle-free.Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail.
  • Support online customers by setting appointments.
  • Coordinate schedules of salespeople and sales appointments.
  • Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and technology
  • Execute our Internet Sales Process.
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction, generate reviews and additional leads.
  • Use CRM software to facilitate proper information records and customer follow-up.
Requirements.
  • Provide support with sales and service follow up.
  • MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet, data entry & typing proficiency required.
  • Experience providing customer service via the telephone, and or sales/cold-calling.
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent verbal & written (English) communication skills.
  • Provide support with merchandising
