Enjoy unique experiences, close connections with communities, and a strong focus on professional development opportunities, as well as the natural wonders of the northern BC while you work.The Opportunity: The Property and Infrastructure Manager will provide real estate, leasing, maintenance and capital project services for programs on behalf of Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS). The position is responsible for ensuring all available approaches are employed to reduce costs, maximize efficiency and effective use of assets, and future needs are forecasted and addressed for various programs.

  • Provide day-to-day advice and recommendations to the CFO based on the agency needs, procurement and financial requirements
  • Forecast and plan for the future infrastructure needs of the agency based on program needs, projected growth, and market conditions
  • Offer strategic advice on all aspects of leasing services in relation to owned and leased real estate property assets

  • Ability to synthesize information and prepare documents, planning documents and project proposals
  • Ability to manage to meet desired outcomes of contract deliverables and agency strategic plans
  • Project Management Certificate or eligible to enroll in the Project Management Program
  • Extensive experience in project management and, commercial and residential real estate
