About usMCC BC Legacy Trust is a group of companies which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mennonite Central Committee, British Columbia (MCC BC). We manage development lands and income-producing properties throughout BC with the designated purpose of generating ongoing revenue to support the world wide ministry of MCC. MCC is a Christian faith-based agency that provides relief, development and peacebuilding initiatives in over 51 countries worldwide.   • Targeting quality tenants
  • Receiving and addressing rental inquiries
  • Reviewing and vetting applicants
  • Showing units to qualified applicants-preparing, completing, and signing rental contracts
  • Managing efficient tenancy turnover including
  • Conducting timely preliminary inspections of vacating units for vacate report to Maintenance
  • Coordination of marketing & contracts with Maintenance
  • Coordination of updates with Tenants Services
  • End of month organization with move-out inspections & security deposit assessment
  • Provision of accurate tenant packages for the Administrative Coordinator
  • Marketing and communication
  • Responsible for thewebsite, including the content development and upkeep
  • Create and post ads in social media and online classifieds and keep updated
  • Regular assessment and reporting of market rates, strategies, and progress as requested
  • Provide welcome packages to incoming tenants
Job Requirements:
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with potential tenants, visitors, and fellow employees.
  • Having the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively complete tasks outlined above in a timely manner.
  • Having a valid driver’s license.
  • The ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
  • Work well with minimal supervision.

  • Prince George, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
