This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, energetic environment and help our team provide excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate is well-versed in mixing classic cocktails and has experience dealing with customers in a professional manner while adhering to state regulations regarding alcohol service. The successful candidate should feel comfortable being the center of attention and will possess impeccable personal hygiene and grooming skills.Responsibilities:
  • Mix drinks according to customer instructions and with regard to alcohol laws.
  • Clean work area and maintain a tidy, sanitary bar.
  • Greet customers and inform them of drink specials.
  • Establish rapport with customers.
  • Visit other bars as part of general marketing of a bar.
  • Determine when there are insufficient mixers or ice for customer orders.
  • Respond to customer complaints about food and drink quality.
  • Respond to customers credit card charges prior to processing.
