Job Description

We are seeking to hire individuals with an appreciation and passion for the food and beverage industry.The candidate for this position will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have at least one year of serving experience with additional experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have the drive to take initiative and manage their area with pride. They will also have knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems.We offer an excellent, safe, nurturing work environment, competitive wages and very reasonable work hours.Job Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with the company’s specification in quality and quantity
  • Prepare beverages, interacting with guests and serving drinks, and completing all the delegated tasks by management
  • Provide fast, efficient, and pleasant service and exert all efforts to make every guest feel special
  • Handle cash and inventory controls appropriately
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar food and beverage environment
  • Friendly and outgoing; graceful and smiling under pressure
  • Self-Motivated decision maker with proven organizational skills
  • Displays high initiative requiring minimal supervision and direction
  • Strong leadership skills, working effectively in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of the Squirrel system an asset
  • Serving it Right Certification
