Job Description

Pentalift Equipment Corporation is one of North America’s leading manufacturers of loading dock equipment and industrial material handling equipment.We are currently recruiting for a Machinery Assembler to join our day shift - 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.Please note that this location is not accessible by bus.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of Vehicle Restraints and/or dock leveler components
  • Position and fit parts according to engineering specifications and knowledge of units being assembled
  • Build assemblies using fasteners or other hardware
  • Utilize hand and/or power tools
  • May operate crane, stacker and other material handling equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Previous general labour and/or assembly experience ideal
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
  • You must be comfortable standing, bending, twisting, lifting
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Must possess Steel Toed Safety Boots and be committed to safety
  • Familiar with a variety of hand tools
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
