Equivalent ExperienceOur client in Puslinch is hiring for warehouse associates to work on a reach truck. This is the largest logistic company in the world and has over 50+ warehouses in Canada alone.JOB DUTIES:Grab/ Sign out RF Scanner and Dock Stocker (MHE) or Reach TruckLook at RF Scanner to see what location you are going toJobs consist of case picking orders on scannerBuilding full pallet while driving around. Using your hands/ physicality to grab and put on pallet. Weight can be anywhere from 5-30lbs.Once pallet is complete they will have to stage order and move onto next RF scanner order.SHIFT:The following shifts available:Nights: 11:00PM - 7:00AM (Sun-Thurs)Fri, Sat, Sun: 7:00AM - 7:00PM (Weekend)Sat, Sun, Mon: 7:00AM - 7:00PM (Weekend)WAGE:Pay starts at $25.50/ HRNights Premium: 75 centsWeekend shifts: 50 cent premiumIf you work overtime for 8 hours you get a $300 Bonus on top of time and a half wage; if you work an extra 12 hours you get an extra $600 on top of time and a half wage.BREAKS:Two 15 minute paid breaks (ALL BREAKS FULLY PAID)30 minute unpaid lunchWORK ENVIRONMENT:Very clean and organizedVery bright and collaborativeFridge and freezer environmentBENEFITS:There is an incentive bonus for candidates who perform better than 100% which means more money for harder performersThey provide all gear at first day (jacket, snow pants, hats, gloves)QUALIFICATIONS:6 month experience with operating Reach truck or Dock stocker (MHE/ Stand up forklift)6 month Experience with RF scannerMust be able to lift 50lbs (most cases they are picking are 5-30lbs)Must have external/ in-house with any Forklift certificate (Stand up, reach, forklift)Must be comfortable with working in Fridge/ Freezer environment (IN ALL SEASONS)If you are looking to work at a growing company with competitive wages, apply today!À propos dAerotek:Notre monde nous tient à cœur.
