  • You will collect and analyze relevant information to establish business diagnostics in order to recommend operational orientations to improve our customers #39; competitiveness;
  • You will develop recommendations based on Lean Manufacturing techniques and best business practices;
  • You will present analysis results and key recommendations to client company executives;
  • Implement and monitor optimized manufacturing solutions;
  • You will develop communication plans for employees affected by the change;
  • You will participate, as required, in activities related to the preparation of work plans and service offers.
