Job Description

We are proud to be recognized for the third year running as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. We are looking for an experienced BILINGUAL SERVICE ADVISOR to join our growing team! This is a remote position that requires working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday until December 31, 2024.As of Jan 1, 2025, the remote position will require working 5 days a week, Wednesday to SundayWho you are:

What you #39;ll do:
  • Play an active role in troubleshooting productsamp; equipment to resolve customer challenges or technical issues using aquot;customer first quot; andquot;solution focused quot; mindset.
  • Answer requests from customers regarding general product information, maintenance, repairs, and/or warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with our service center network providing the best technical assistance and training possible.
  • Get creative and put those technical skills to use through the development of service bulletinsamp; training packages.
RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment (are a#39;go-to #39; product expert).
  • Industry related experience in power equipment, agriculture, automotive, power tools, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledgeamp; experience working with small engines or power equipment.
