Learn more at www.adm.com.Administrative and Customer service clerk - Candiac, QuebecADM Agri IndustriesThis is a salary, non-exempt positionThe Administrative and Customer Services Clerk reports to the Candiac Administration and Customer Service Supervisor and performs a variety of tasks related to administration. He/She will perform other customer service support functions as required, such as entering and tracking sales orders, billing and tracking customer requests. He/She will ensure that the administrative procedures are followed during purchases and participate in the resolution of payment and billing problems. The incumbent provides communication between the plant and various corporate departments of ADM in Canada and the United States. He/She must work in close collaboration with the departments leaders of the all Montreal and Candiac plants in order to achieve the profitability and efficiency objectives of the plant.SKILLS:Ability to communicate with all plant personnel and the various suppliers of the plant.He must be perfectly bilingual, French / English.Must have an Administration background or an equivalent combination of education and experienceHe must have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, more specifically MS ExcelExperience with overseas export is not essential but an advantageMAIN DUTIES:Receptionist dutiesHandling of Incoming and Outgoing ParcelsPrepares production reports for the end of the monthManage archives and documents according to corporate policyAdministrative and customer service tasksArchiving of documents and filingInvoices printingPurchase Requests using internal system softwareProduction of Custom DocumentsEnd of month report supportMiscellaneous data entryFreight accrualOffice SuppliesADM is committed to Employment Equity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer, requiring the successful completion of a pre-employment medical and reference check.Ref ID#LI-DNPQuick Apply
