Job Description

American Income Life is seeking a remote sales representative to join our team. This individual will proactively identify and connect with potential customers to promote and sell our products and services from home. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, eager to acquire new customers, and passionate about driving revenue growth.What you’ll do:

  • Make Inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about our insurance products
  • Appointment setting with clients who has questions about our product
  • Meet or exceed KPI’s
  • Coordinate/Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely approval of clients coverage.
What you need:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to build a good relationship with the client.
  • Customer Service / Sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Time Management skills
  • Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges clients face and provide effective solutions through insurance products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, digital tools, and online sales platforms for managing customer relationships and processing transactions.
