IntroductionBGC Regina (operated by BGC Saskatoon) is opening two 90 space centres located in downtown Regina. We are currently hiring two Pedagogical Leader(s) to co-manage the daily operations of the centre(s), with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2025. This position is full time term position, part of the BGC Regina leadership team and is eligible for the BGC Regina benefit package after a 3 month probationary period. Our Early Learning Centre is staffed by a committed group of early childhood educators and is supported by an onsite management team and administration support. This position will work a 40 hour week (8 hour day), Monday to Friday. Shift start and end times are variable. NOTE: All applicants must be eligible to work in Saskatchewan/Canada. Wage is negotiable based on experience and education and is eligible for the wage enhancement program from the Government of Saskatchewan, dependent on early childhood educator certification status (wage range indicated above includes wage enhancement for a certified Level III early childhood educator - range will be reduced if ineligible for wage enhancement program).
