On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a full-time Project Manager.Responsibilities:• Develop and oversee the execution of project management plans including budget and risk• Direct projects by monitoring progress, identifying variances, and creating corrective actions• Lead teams through projects by delegating, coaching, motivating, and handling conflict• Bring projects to a formal conclusion and document the lessons learned for future projects• Set expectations, and deadlines and ensure they are met• Mentor team members and colleagues, and collaborate with other project managersQualifications:• Proven track record of successfully implementing large projects providing oversight at the program level• An organized multi-tasker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Leader who excels in helping others grow• A decision-maker with insight in stakeholder management• Degree in business or computer science and at least eight years of experience, including at least four years in a project management role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience);• PMP certification is an asset• Experience in the Indigenous space an asset• PAIR awareness or experience an assetAffinity Earn:Know someone who’s great for this, or any of our open roles Earn up to $4,000/year for each successful referral through Affinity Earn.
