Job Description

Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for initiating and closing sales of cabinetry, countertops, and other approved company products.The schedule for this position will typically be 9:00 – AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, with working some Saturdays.Flexibility is required.Organizational RelationshipThis position reports directly to the Manager, Sales.Accountabilities

  • Initiates and closes sales of company approved products.
  • Initiates and closes sales of company approved products during visits to targeted builders as assigned by the sales manager.
  • Designs projects using company software. (2020 Design)
  • Prospects for potential sales leads (cold calling).
  • Completes and processes all required documentation.
  • Walks all installed jobs to drive the project to a successful completion via communication with customers, CSRs and installers.
  • Documents projects for social media team (Beforeamp; After pictures)
  • Makes presentations to potential customers in the store or in the field as required.
  • Educates each customer about the Company’s products and services and about the processes involving the customer related to the purchase and installation of the customer’s project.
  • Assisting with submission of warranty and service orders where necessary
  • Represent self and the Company in a professional manner.
  • Must adhere to all company and Healthamp; Safety policies as indicated in the Associate Handbook and Standards of Business Conduct Handbook.

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned at manager discretion.
