Hundseth Power Line Construction (HPL) is a Saskatchewan-based, family-owned business, headquartered in Saskatoon, with additional site offices in Regina and Humboldt. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, and based out of our Saskatoon Head office, we are currently seeking an organized and dynamic multi-tasker, who will join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable administrator. This integral role is responsible for providing all levels of accounts receivable support, which includes accurate data entry and invoicing, billing, receivables account management, tracking and applying payments received, entering payments into SAP Business One, collections, liaising with operations, finance, and other divisions at HPL, as well as processing various requested month-end reports in as timely and efficient manner as possible. The accounts receivable administrator actively verifies and resolves issues and reconciles accounts receivables ledgers, to ensure that all payments are properly posted and accounted for. Proven experience in accountingamp; finance, including major accounting software such as SAP Business One, Fieldglass, Quickbooks, or Sage Intacct, is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent. Post-Secondary education in a related discipline, Certification, or degree in Accounting/Finance Strong computer skills including MS Office – primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlookamp; Internet Explorer, iCloud, MS Office365, SAP Business One, Fieldglass as well as proficiency in most office software platforms. Meticulous attention to detail for Finance division data entry. Team-based attitude and positive engagement with all divisions of HPL. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
