Job Description

Our client located in Regina is looking for a temporary (2-3 months) Customer Service Representative to help build and maintain working relationships with their clients. Are you people oriented with a passion to drive sales and support company growthIf so – apply today!Responsibilities:

  • Present accurate quotes to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service through schedule call backs and delivery follow ups on all orders.
  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the most suitable products to meet customer needs.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and installation procedures.
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Other assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
  • Sales experience and a customer focused approach is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the building materials industry is an asset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new product offerings in a fast paced environment.
  • Can start immediately and available for a short term assignment.
