Organizational Change ManagerOn behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Organizational Change Manager for a 12 months contract in Regina SK.Organizational Change Manager Job DetailsAn Intermediate Organizational Change Manager is required to support the implementation of a variety of IT projects. The organizational change manager will functionally report to the Director, Change Management Office and will be responsible for creating and leading the end-to-end change management plans and programs that will be instrumental in preparing leaders and employees to embrace and adopt changes resulting from significant initiatives and projects. The incumbent will ensure the delivery of OCM services adheres to the clients standards and delivery methods for change management and will be accountable to the Project Managers and/or Sponsors for the successful support of change projects.Organizational Change Manager ResponsibilitiesWork with project managers, senior leaders and business leads to build and implement customized, structured change management strategies and plans for change initiatives. Work collaboratively with the team of organizational change managers to support the delivery and execution or corporate change management initiatives, such as the change network, change training and change leadership. Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder impact assessments to inform change management strategic planning. Create actionable deliverables for the key change management levers within projects including communicationamp; engagement plans, leadership readiness, employee readiness, training plan, obstacle management plan, and reinforcement plan. Identify potential people change risks, issues, and impediments to progress and develop corresponding mitigation plans. Design and deliver flexible training sessions to all levels of the organization, as needed. Draft targeted, audience-specific communications to drive awareness, boost change readiness and engagement for initiatives; oversees the development of communications networks, as established. Follow all client standards, practices, and processes related to change management and ensures compliance. Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes. Collaborate with change management partnership for complex, large-scale organizational changes, projects, and organizational design efforts and coaching and mentoring to HR/Leadership/cross-functional project teams to develop and apply the change management strategy to their initiatives. Builds and maintains positive and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, union leadership and other departments, and units within the organization that are reflective of the values and culture of our client #39;s organization. Create and maintain comprehensive change documentation. Performs other related duties as required. Organizational Change Manager Mandatory SkillsMinimum of five (5) years of proven organizational change management experience in the role of a Senior Change Management, Change Practitioner, or similar lead change role. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner designation or equivalent change designation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders. Proficiency in stakeholder analysis and engagement, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques to address resistance and barriers to change. Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously. Experience working within predictive, agile, and hybrid projects. Technical proficiency with industry software and tools for tracking and reporting on change initiatives.
