The Project Administrator will report to the Project Manager. This role will be responsible for file maintenance, daily LEMs, timesheet and payroll processing.What You Will Be Working OnData Entry for Daily TimesheetsTimesheet Reviews that affect Payroll Processing to maintain data integrity and accuracySupport all payroll communications between site and head office payroll teamSubcontractor LEM entry and crosschecking against subcontractor rate agreementsProcess daily LEMs (Labour/Equipment/Material) for billable client activitiesSupport with gathering and combining all backup documentation required for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Client ReportingSupport material management with material receiving entry against POsEnsure all billable material is captured on Client LEMsSupport in verification of daily manpower on siteData Entry for Onboarding of new project team member and maintaining employee data recordsSupport Project Management/Control team with additional project functions as requiredWhat We Are Looking For2+ Years of experience in an administrative role with similar responsibilitiesProficiency with timekeeping systems, Microsoft Excel and material receiving systemsAbility to handle a large volume of data entry while maintaining data integritySelf-Starter with strong ambitions to grow with the company in the futureAbility to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groupsStrong written and oral communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environmentAbility to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve themStrong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailWe Put Safety FirstA healthy and safe work environment is non-negotiable.
