As Admin/Receptionist Assistant, you will be a key team member and point of contact for both clients and subcontractors.Enjoy the variety of client service, administration and general accounting support!Flexible work schedule of 5-6 hours per day, i.e. 93:30/4:00, Monday to Friday.Responsibilities:- Provide client service and reception, respond to walk-in and telephone enquiries.Respond to emails, price quotes and serve as first point of contact for clients and subcontractors. - Coordinate with trades and construction workers - Provide administrative and property management support to the Management team. Manage emails, word processing, mail, photocopy, filing and general office support.- Process day to day A/P and A/R transactions; process cheques and enter credit card transactions.- Prepare advertisements, announcements and mailings for new home sales.Candidate requirements- 3+ years related administrative, reception and general accounting experience. Admin experience in the property management and/or construction field is an asset.- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; familiarity with accounting software programs and knowledge of accounting principles.- Experience with Quickbooks and Monday.com is an asset.- Motivated, self-starter with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. Willing to learn and be an integral part of the team.Friendly, professional and positive client-focused demeanor- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational and time management skills.Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:30/4:00, 1 hour lunch (56 hours per day with some flexibility of start/end times).Located at Regina East side.
