Client is seeking a Solution Architect ERP Resource with a broad-based background of technical experience and deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. As a cloud first organization, client utilizes a leverage, buy, build approach to securing new business capabilities with a focus on configuration over customization.These solutions may include systems, applications, infrastructure, or processes, and may involve the enterprise and integration of a wide variety of products, services, and technologies. The Solution Architect ERP position requires extensive knowledge of systems, architectures, systems management, networking, network computing and application design techniques, different platform implementations and should be able to identify, evaluate and select the elements of the solution which best meet the business needs of the client organization.Solution Architect resources apply extensive knowledge to products, technologies, services, and methodologies in response to business needs. The skills required of all Solution Architects are broad and come from all the technical disciplines in which IT Architects are directly involved. Also required are effective communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence in delivering customer focused experiences.Solution Architects are engaged in enterprise design and/or development for transforming client requirements and process models into plans, process IT solutions, which include hardware, software, network, and data specifications. Activities include technical planning, solution assessment, reviews, development of architecture, and modification of specifications for application solution components.Typical activities in this role include but not limited to:1. Designing comprehensive solutions that align with business requirements and architectural standards;2. Engaging in solution evaluations, providing recommendations for technology procurement, including RFSQ and RFP processes;3. Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring solutions are implemented as intended;4. Developing proof of concepts with a focus on achieving business outcomes;5. Ensuring the successful and sustainable delivery of solutions and services into operations;6. Contributing to architecture committees and the ongoing enhancement of architectural practices;7. Collaborating with project teams to develop conceptual and detailed architecture designs, providing the necessary guidance across business, information, application, and technical perspectives;8. Identifying technical risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Requirements1. Resource must have 4 years experience at a minimum in a Solution Architect role implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud.Provide detail information on projects that fit this experience to include company name, project description, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules implemented, and methodologies applied/used, annual project cost and project duration. As additional information, include all projects that fit this experience beyond the 4 years required.2. Resource must have architecture and/or hands-on experience implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) systems and integration to/from modern enterprise systems to ERP Systems.3. Resource must have experience working within a governance framework for change, project, and information management.4. Resource must be able to work and be located full-time on site at client #39;s Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.The proposed Solution Architect resource candidate will preferably have the following skills and experience listed below:1. Expert level communicator (ability to communicate and present effectively, create effective tailored content);2. Experience working closely with the business to guide them from start to finish through the solutioning process and into final delivery;3. Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that enable an organization to achieve its digital transformation goals;4. Experience with custom and/or Out of the Box connectors;5. Experience with Primavera Cloud and Primavera Unifier;6. Experience migrating from Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to Oracle Fusion Cloud;7. Canadian federal, provincial, municipal government or similar work;8. Experience with architectural methodologies and documentation;9.
