This position will be event driven and will also support other areas of responsibility in the Corporate Development unit as requested.Reporting to the Account Executive, the Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for detailing all events which include banquets, receptions, trade and consumer shows, meetings, and conferences. The Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for preparing detailed event orders, creating floor plans, ordering services from suppliers, answering inquiries, and managing calendars. They will also be responsible for communicating changes to agenda times, guaranteed numbers, room set-ups, audio-visual requirements etc. to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. The Sales Account Coordinator will liaise closely and cooperatively with the delivery team members to ensure the proper execution of the event. WHAT YOU WILL DO1. Provide support to the business unit through detailing event orders and working with our event delivery teams by:
