Reporting to the sales team, the candidate will be primarily responsible for processing quotes and orders by performing autocad 2D technical drawings while following up with the customer, working in conjunction with the sales department, production while ensuring exemplary customer service. The post holder will have a hybrid role of customer support and draftsman.Your mandate: Act as an intermediary between customers, sales and the production department.Read plans provided by customersRealization of 2D drawing in plan view to present to the customerContact clients for clarifications or changes, as needed;Create the drawings, make the appropriate deductions for the type of hardware required and have them approved by the customers;Generate 2D drawings for workshop manufacturing;Send the drawings to production.Collaborate with the orders and sales departmentAssist outside sales representatives in their daily tasksDirect customer service with customersProcess submissionsReceiving, processing and tracking ordersAll other related tasksIdeally, you are/have: 1 to 4 years of experience in the field of sales or customer service (manufacturing sector) and/or in technical drawingHave gained experience in a technical fieldProfile : Ability to communicate and work in a team;Knowledge with software such as autocad, librecad etc;Ability to adapt and concentrate, resourcefulness;Ability to communicate in EnglishWE OFFER: A permanent job, day, 40 hours per week;A competitive salary;A flexible schedule for balancing work and family life;4 weeks vacation upon hiring;A dynamic work team : )Opportunity for advancement in a growing companyJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
