Join the Bridge Media family!Bridge Media is looking for a marketing project coordinator with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to come in and support the team on our client GoliathTech. Knowledge of online marketing is not a requirement but an asset.You will be called upon to support the team through these tasks:

  • Know and understand the clients marketing program
  • Participate in meetings with the client and take notes in order to prepare tasks or follow-ups to be done with the team
  • Coordinate program activities and assist the strategist with various tasks
  • Closely follow the various steps to be completed for each task and the deadlines to be met
  • Track the hours of employees as well as subcontractors
  • Receive and process the various requests from the customer
  • Transmit the information of the requests to the internal and external team members
  • Review the clients schedule monthly and assign tasks to the team for the following month
  • Communicate information related to overall job completion to the client
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to client management and relationship
  • Participate in the internal skills development program on the companys business areas
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the companys processes, methodologies and management tools and workstation
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in management, marketing or administration; DEC or AEC in business administration or holds a similar equivalence
  • Very good level of written and spoken English
  • Good level of written and spoken french is an asset
  • Good knowledge of basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Google Drive)
  • Skills: organization, thoroughness / attention to detail, tact and diplomacy, logical mind, flexibility
  • Thirst for learning and development in the field of marketing and web
  • Experience in online marketing is an asset
