Director of Marketing and CommunicationsCompany Overview: We are a leading national electronics retailer comitted to providing cutting-edge technology solutions to consumers across the country. With a strong focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and market trends, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand #39;s growth.Position Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our target audience, and increase sales accross all channels. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive results will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand #39;s image and market presence. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company #39;s goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging, positioning, and differentiation in the market.
  • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of marketin gprofessionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that drives creativity and accountability
  • Brand Management: Own the brand identity and ensure its consisten representation across all touchpoints, maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand image that resonates with the target audience.
  • Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and more to maximizew reach and impact.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Translate insights into actionable strategies that keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate with product and sales teams to plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and promotions.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the development of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and website optimization, to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Public Relations: Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company #39;s image, maintain positive media relations, and handle crisis communications effectively.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performanve, identify opportunities for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly. Present regular reports to senior leadereship.
  • Budget Management: Develop, allocate, and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization and return on investment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing roles with progressive responsibility, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the electronics retails industry, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
