  • This opportunity is for full-time employment, five days a week, starting from any one of the following dates:
  • March 4, 2024
  • March 25, 2024
  • You are currently located in or are willing to relocate to the province of New Brunswick.
  • This position operates in a hybrid model, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office located at 10 Record St Moncton, New Brunswick.
  • We provide paid in-house training for 6 consecutive weeks to get you servicing our clients in your home province and across Canada.
  • Expectations to pass the general licensing exam within the first two weeks of employment with an organization who averages a 90% passing success rate.
  • This role operates in a call centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for extended periods of time.
  • You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.
  • Post-training, rotational shifts outside of standard business hours, Monday through Saturday.

What we #39;re looking for:
  • You have completed post-secondary education.
  • You are committed to self development and actively looking to learn.
  • You showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having customer service and sales experience is preferred.
  • Having insurance or inbound contact center experience is an asset.
  • You have or are willing to undergo all provincial licensing requirements in order to obtain and maintain all licenses, licensed applicants from regions within or outside of the province are encouraged to apply.
  • You are working towards and/or willing to pursue the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation with priority given to C130 and C131 courses within the first two years of employment.
