This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to contribute to a vibrant community and join a supportive team.Responsibilities:- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless ordering process.- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, meeting our high-quality standards.- Provide product recommendations and answer any customer inquiries about our menu.- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the caf counter and seating area.- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring product freshness.-Answering phone calls and booking in appointments for our salon.Qualifications:- Previous experience in a barista or retail role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a passion for coffee.- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a friendly and personalized experience for each customer.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- A genuine love for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and flavor profiles.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
