Job Description

Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-Time Customer Service Clerk (Seasonal) for our Home Centre location in Rosetown. The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, able to work on their feet most of the day, multi-task, and lift close to 50 lbs, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly motivated team. Attention to detail, organizational skills and accuracy are essential.Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Receiving stock and general merchandising and organizing of products on the sales floor
  • Assisting with CASM updates and bunk-end program
  • Direct customer interaction including sales and operating point of sale terminals
  • Performing interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties (i.e. ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed, aisles are free of boxes, general cleaning, etc…)
  • Checking overstock and assisting with inventory
  • Providing a exceptional level of customer service
Applicants must be willing to work morning, afternoons and weekends. Prior knowledge of hardware and building materials is considered an asset.Central Plains Co-operative serves the West Central Saskatchewan communities of Landis, Eston, Perdue, Plenty, Harris and Rosetown.
