And together with Homefield, we are proud to help local businesses grow through effective advertising, marketing, and organizational development solutions.We are looking for a News Reporter/Radio Host to join our team. You will partner with the West Central Online content team to present stories that matter to people in our community.The News Reporter/Radio Host will: · Gather local stories: You will listen for the questions people in West Central Saskatchewan are asking. Then you will find leads, interview sources, and verify information along the way.· Craft content: You will write radio and digital news stories, prepare photo galleries, and edit videos.· Deliver news broadcasts: You will record and edit news reports for Classic Hits and Country 104.· Cultivate local relationships: You will develop relationships with local stakeholders and news sources.· Host the Classic Hits Morning Show: You will deliver entertaining, and relevant radio shows. When conditions allow, you will appear at on-location events and broadcasts.You should apply if you: · Are passionate about storytelling and have a knack for finding what matters most to the audience· Have excellent writing skills.
