Job Description

Accounts Payable:

  • Sending out payments for company utilities
  • Payment of vendor invoices
  • Ensuring that all payments are made in accordance with company policy
  • Ensuring that all payments are sent on time
  • Resolving payment discrepancies and disputes
  • Filing monthly payables
  • Other accounting duties as assigned
Accounts Receivable:
  • Preparing and mailing invoices to customers
  • Posting payments to customer accounts
  • Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid
  • Following up with and collecting on delinquent accounts
  • Reconciling cash receipts and deposits
  • Filing weekly invoices
  • Other accounting duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $14.00-$16.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Rosser, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
  • vendor management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
