Title: Fleet DispatcherAs a Fleet Dispatcher, you are expected to execute the day-to-day activity you are assigned to. This includes planning, monitoring of the fleet, accurately distributing, receiving and updating information. You must be well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness in carrying out daily activities.Responsibilities:Communicating (sending/receiving) information to drivers and to customers.Attending calls with any questions or concerns from drivers or customers.Providing drivers with plans and routing as required.Reporting and documenting of all customer service, planning, and driver related issues to the appropriate personnel.Ensuring day to day activity of the assigned Fleet is confirmed and complete by end of day.Forming positive working relations with all drivers.Qualifications:Dedicated experience providing customer service in a similar work environment.Well organized, an excellent communicator and have a keen sense of timeliness.Demonstrated attention to detail, communication, problem solving.Ability to multitask and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentStarting Salary: $ 36,000COVID-19 considerations:All applicants must be fully vaccinated, with proof.
