Job Description

What the successful candidate will bring:

  • Certificate, diploma or degree in human resources, organizational development
  • Minimum two years of experience within a recruitment role/ human resources experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using a multi-channel marketing approach to recruitment
  • Self-aware, empathetic and trustworthy
  • Demonstrated judgment, tact, discretion and ability to handle matters of a sensitive and confidential nature
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities for Human Resources Manager
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff
  • Create and validate job descriptions
  • Advertise positions
  • Interview candidates
  • Prepare offers of employment

  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
  • Developing and updating clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
  • Training, counseling, and coaching staff in human resources best practices
  • Leading the employee compensation benchmarking process
  • Managing the performance evaluation process and associated tools
  • Facilitating the employee succession planning process
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  • Maintaining employee and workplace confidentiality
  • Oversee employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, annual compensation and bonuses processes, etc.
  • Support hiring managers in determining staffing requirements and oversee the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
