Job Description

DMM Energy has grown to become one of the largest distributors of Esso branded fuel products in Western Canada. Our team operates in various regions to service a variety of customers from farm to fleet, projects big and small. We believe that investing in our communities, our customers and our employees is critical to our mission to move and grow together across Western Canada.As a DMM Energy Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of the supply chain operations within the assigned region (Winnipeg and surrounding area), which included organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.Position Title: Logistics CoordinatorReporting to: Directly to Regional Manager for operational duties and the Chief Financial Officer for financial duties. Also work in direct contact with our Drivers for transportation duties.Location: Winnipeg, MBKey Responsibilities:

  • Logistics planning and inventory management through dispatching and communication with drivers and customers.
  • Sales generation and customer service.
  • Invoicing and customer account management.
  • Answering customer inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
  • Working with Regional Managers and customers to provide optimal solutions for mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with supervisory staff to ensure financial and operational targets are achieved.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous fuel experience in agriculture and construction industry is considered an asset.
  • A strong customer focused mindset.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Self-starter who is willing to work independently, and as a team.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Strong excel skills and ability to work with operational computer systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
